Information Security, also known as data security, includes all the activities across the attack lifecycle where data is flowing. This includes the endpoints, cloud, data bases, applications, identity, network, and the area of advanced threat protection. While some of these are categories by themselves these are companies specifically focused on protecting the data. As our CTO, Shawn Anderson, tells us all the time “It’s all about the data”.
